SHE SAID:
I was up at “stupid O’clock” again this morning. Another long orchid-filled day was had!
The most exciting sight of the day was seeing a huge Dugite Snake devouring a Blue-tongue Lizard. Amazing to see, though not for the poor Blue-tongue!
It was after 6pm when I was dropped off.
A "de-tongued" Cherry Spider & 2 intact ones |
Caldyanup Snails & Limestone Leeks |
Colourful bunch |
Spiders... |
And more Spiders! |
HE SAID:
I lazed around until after 7am. I was not in a hurry. Pacing myself, I managed to head in to Mandurah and dropped off the accumulated cans and bottles for a little cash. On the way back I popped into a supermarket for a few things, but when I went to the local bottle-o they were still closed. It was before 11am so perhaps that is when they open. There was no stress though, as I have a few days supply at the house; I was just being efficient.
