A quiet day at the house, with minor chores including cutting Geoff’s hair, making a trifle (it has been years since I made one), & doing more of the new Blog Book.
We had Lamb Curry Swags, that Dorte & Gary recommended; they were nice, and we had them with salad.

HE SAID:
Not much today. I Skyped with Eileen, Meg, Kathy, and Carmel for a little commemoration marking 21 years since Bernie died. After that it was an afternoon of cricket, with Sri Lanka looking likely to capitulate tomorrow. Hopefully they don’t get too far ahead, as the pitch is doing interesting things.
Varena's trifle was a very pleasant change.
