SHE SAID:

I had a few things to get done today, nothing exciting: vacuuming through the house, hand watering the outside areas, & photographing the 14 Blog Books we now have!

I also left a sprinkler on at the front by the coastal peppermint trees, which droop like weeping willows. The grass seems to be struggling there, & when I returned to turn it off there were Fairy Wrens, Willy Wagtails, Bronze-wing Pigeons, & a Grey Fantail swooping in & out of the spray, having a great time.

HE SAID:

Varena did the vacuuming, I did the mopping. There were a few other things that managed to get cleaned as well, but finding another shrivelled, dried out frog inside was a surprise. Later in the evening we found a live frog hopping around inside. I rescued it and put it outside, but that is frog number three in the house.
