SHE SAID:
Thunder woke me up this morning, & I heard rain through the earplugs at some stage during the night, too. I think we are over 30mm for the 2 days, which is great.
I got a pot of Bolognese sauce on to slow cook today; it has been ages since we had Spag. Bol, but it is for tomorrow night not today, despite the mouthwatering smells!
We had Chicken & Chorizo pastry pinwheels from the Vasse markets for dinner with a salad.

The pinwheels were a tasty change. And, of course they made dinner a bit easier for Varena to make, which is good. But having the Bolognese smells wafting through the house all day had me salivating.
