Unusually for us we had two trips out today. The first trip was for groceries & to the PO Box in the morning. Then back the same way to the vestibular physio, Fiona, in the afternoon.
With Geoff’s ongoing dizziness, it is now almost 3 weeks, we have come up with a heap of questions for Fiona, & I’m concerned about him flying, whether it is a good idea. Obviously getting this problem fixed would be the best outcome, but I doubt that will happen.
The physio did give Geoff some head movement exercises to do to “re-train” his brain to hopefully stop the dizziness. Lets hope it works.

With our UK trip rapidly approaching, and my dizziness hanging around way too long, we again got in to see Fiona, the vestibular physiotherapist, to hopefully answer some questions, and also to see if there was more I could do to help with my recovery. Fiona was very helpful, and also gave me some exercises to assist with resetting my brain bits. Only time will tell, but I am hopeful.
