SHE SAID:
We had an orchid-free, relaxing day. We did some sightseeing in the morning, then had lunch at The Quarters in town. Thankfully we missed most of the squally rain showers, but the wind was fierce.
Kathy dropped by with 3 Raspberry Friands as a belated birthday treat for Nikki. She has now had 3 birthday cakes.: the Orange & Poppyseed muffins she bought, then the Mud Cake we bought, & the friands!

I think Varena and Nikki needed a day off to reset. They have had some long days. Lunch at Taylor Street went well, though I'm glad we got a table inside. It was mostly sunny, but the howling wind had other customers relocating to the inside.
