Monday 15th September
SHE SAID:
Geoff, Nikki, & I headed for the Murray Road burn, about 40km west. The weeds there now are very widespread, terrible!
We did find about 17 different orchids, give or take, though nothing really exciting. By 2ish though we had all had enough; it wasn’t very warm & the cold wind was really annoying & draining.
We swung passed Woolies for a few things then back to the house, hibernating for the rest of the afternoon.

HE SAID:
It was very windy today, and it seemed to really annoy all three of us. In fact, enough for the orchid nuts to call off their orchid search early. It was not my place to object!
