Our week in Narrogin is over. We headed south about 180km to Frankland River for another week. There are plenty of spots for orchids in this area; it will be a busy week here, including hopefully a meet up with new house owners for a sit through the “silly season”.
We even managed to get out to a new reserve to see what was there. 12 or so orchids were seen in the 3 spots we looked. I was happy with that.

Relocating was only 180km today, so no hurry to get going in the morning. There were a couple of orchid stops along the way and we arrived at the Frankland River Van park around lunchtime. We set up, had lunch, then had an orchid drive and wander. I think Varena is busting to have a hunt around this area!
