SHE SAID:

Poor Erica didn't get a good sleep with three excited boys in the house last night; us in the van were oblivious to it all!

We checked out a few places around Ballarat including Lake Wendouree & Lake Esmond & I got the boys to collect a whole heap of horse chestnuts so I could show them how to play Conkers. An old English game I used to play when I was young, it seemed to be popular with the boys & Maddie.

HE SAID:

After touring around and not getting to swim at either of the lakes we visited I took the three boys to the Eureka Pool. They spent about 2 hours mucking about in the water and using the small, windy slide into the pool.

There was no way I was going in the water. I wanted a jumper to wear, not to go for a swim!
