what!....YES it's raining again!
We
took the bus to Bute Park & got wet!
Geoff
wanted to check out the time it took to get to the cricket ground. He
also managed to talk his way into watching the POMS practising too!
On our walk to the city afterwards we passed the Australian cricket
coach, & Geoff got his photo with Mark Taylor & Ian Healy, who
also happened to be walking to the SWALEC Stadium. Geoff was chuffed.

It was all happening today! Firstly it started raining about 10 seconds after we walked out the door. Then, after managing to find our way to the stadium, I managed to talk our way in to watch some of the England practise session. After that, we bumped into Tubby and Heals (Ex-Australia captain Mark Taylor, and ex-Australia wicket keeper Ian Healy).
I don't normally go for the photo op (as you can see from the rear shot of Boof, ex-Australia batsman and current Australia coach Darren Lehmann, though I did wish him luck), but I was seemingly swimming in cricket legends and was overwhelmed. Three good looking roosters in that photo!
