Mum & I headed over to Crawley for a wander around. It was the first visit there since we came over. It was a nice walk, though we were dodging the rain. It's changed SO much since I used to go there to catering college in the 1980's!

Back in Horsham, Mum decided she would “bite the bullet” & get a smart phone!!! So we went into Horsham to sort it all out with her. Now she has to work out how to use it!! LOL!!  We are around for 3 more days then she is on her own!

Jan had said a few weeks ago that she wanted a laptop to take with her when travelling about the UK and abroad. When she mentioned the things that she wanted to do I suggested that a smart phone would do all of what she wanted, with the benefits of being small, light in weight, and can make calls. Now, like all of us when we changed over to our first smart phone, Jan has a lengthy transition period until she becomes used to the thing.
