Off again. This time we are going to an old work mate of mine who lives in Hornchurch, in east London. Celine & I worked together in London many moons ago!

It was a great afternoon/evening. I found it quite amusing that Celine was all “wound-up” over Ireland playing in the Rugby World Cup. When it got too exciting she would leave the room, saying she needed to “check on dinner”, or “set the table”. Luckily Ireland won so all was good in the end.

We farewelled Steve and Jo in Wolverhampton and zoomed down the M25 toward London. Steve and Jo have been great; so friendly and welcoming. We had not met them in person before coming to the UK, and they have been nothing but awesome to us.

Catching up with Celine and Denis was next on our travels. They are great company too. We last saw them back in Australia a few years ago. We had a few beers and watched the rugby, then had a roast lamb dinner. Yum!! We stayed over and caught up with Celine again in the morning before she had to head for work.
