SAID:
We
had a couple of hours touring out to Gostwyck Chapel to see the
autumn colours in the Boston Creeper vine that almost covers the
outside walls. It was an overcast morning so the colours weren't the
best! I'll just have to go back!
We
took a dirt road around to the oddly named Terrible Vale, but
couldn't see anything that was “Terrible”, then on to Kentucky,
before returning to the house.
The
chilly wind was blowing across the the fields so we decided to
hibernate for the rest of the day.

Our morning drive was scenic, but it seems that somehow we missed a local brewery/distillery/winery. I reckon we can make amends for that oversight one weekend soon.
