SHE
SAID:
We
had a quiet day, sleeping in till 9am, then breakfast in Double Bay.
I
worked on the Blog again, getting another week's photos done, before
snoozing on the lounge for an hour.
Geoff
volunteered to make dinner so I chose Pasta Carbonara, and he did an
excellent job.
Photos are from the cooling towers in Soweto & the Apartheid Museum, our final tour in South Africa.
HE SAID:
Well, it is Varena's birthday! Happy Birthday!
My preparations for her birthday were non-existent, due to our travels, but there was no way I was going to forget. After lots of eating out while we were away I thought a home cooked meal would be best, if she agreed, and she did. So I made a tasty carbonara, which we ate by candle light.
