SHE
SAID;
After
a warming cooked breakfast we hit the road before 10am. With only
145km to Mount Magnet, & an empty highway, we were there by
11.15am.
The
caravan park is basic, fairly new amenities, & relaxed as to where
you park. I was told it was good we got in early as by mid-afternoon
the place will be full! He was right, there were maybe 9 caravans in
when we got here & by 5pm there were vans & people
everywhere.
We
walked the main street, getting meat & groceries & I took a
few photos, then we sat around outside reading. It was a surprisingly
warm 21C day, sunny with no breeze.

Golden Hour over the bush |
HE SAID:
We took our time packing up the van after a lovely cooked breakfast. The highway north was mostly decent, with a few blooms and a few puddles of water lying nearby from the recent rains.
I poured 3 buckets of water on the fireplace before we left. No way will I be responsible for burning up the bush.
