SHE SAID:

Geoff headed to Australind to get the 2 most worn tyres replaced in the morning.

My main task was to get the Blog Book up to date. I had from the 1st March onwards to get done. I try to keep up to date with it, until the orchids go mad, which is usually July-ish.

We Skyped with Julian & Kiyoka in the early evening.

After a bit too much research I ended up getting the same variety of tyres that we already have on the ute. The wear, grip, noise etc seem to be good, so I guess I am sticking with what has worked. But, with so many tyre brands out there, and all are black and circular, I'm not sure how much difference there really is between brands. Hmmm.

My tyre research also got me thinking about brakes. So, after watching several videos online, and reading many articles, I dashed out in the afternoon and bought some brake pads, and will change the front pads tomorrow. I've not done it before, but it appears straight forward. What could go wrong?
