SHE SAID:
Vicki & Darron left at 7am, & we moved some of things into the house.
I wanted to go to an orchid area to the east of Narrogin, & Geoff decided to join me. I was very happy, with 8 different orchids found. Then we return to town for groceries, beer & meat pies for lunch. We were back to the house by 2pm.
Toby, the Ragdoll cat, is already chilled out around us, but Oli is much more wary & shy, but hopefully in a few days he will be fine too.

HE SAID:
As a bloke that loves a meat pie I was rather stunned, in a disappointing way, by our lunch at Narrogin. Unsure from appearances which of the pies was the Steak and Kidney, and which was the Cheese and Bacon, we had a taste and could not tell the difference! These two flavours are usually quite distinctive, but we were left wondering what we were eating. It turned out that we had been eating the wrong pies until we were three-quarters done. Never before, and I hope, never again!
