SHE SAID:
The “ugly” weather returned today, so a day at the house was the best option.
It gave me time to catch up on photos, the diary, the backups, & I made some Flapjacks for morning tea. It has been a long time since I made them. They were naughty but nice.

HE SAID:
The weather was atrocious today, so I spent a lot of the day feeding logs onto the fire trying to keep the curtain-less house warm. I mostly succeeded, though another degree or two would have been nicer.
Varena's flapjacks were very tasty!
