Kathy & I had a good day out. We headed west, as I hoped to find the northern edge of the Ned’s Corner Rd burn (we saw that it appeared to come down the Young River, but we didn’t get to the track as we ran out of time & daylight!). Long story!
Anyhow, we had a random stop on Beltana Road & I found some Reaching Spiders flowering, & Kathy found the first of quite a few Donkeys. Later on, on River Road, we saw Dwarf Shells & a single Frog Greenhood. We were very happy with the day's finds!
Dinner was the very tasty, though rather expensive, Ricardo’s Pizzas; I was feeling rather lazy after my “big day out”.

HE SAID:
There was footy on TV, as well as a few chores to be done around the house, such as the mowing, so I stayed in, mostly. In the morning I the dog and I took Ean's car briefly to the retreat to give Charli a run, as well as for me to do a couple of minor things.
The Wallabies managed to lose to Argentina with about 30 seconds remaining in the match in the evening.
