SHE SAID:

Geoff & I had an 800km round trip to the west coast today, to Gelorup, just south of Bunbury, to see some house owners about a sit in December. Everything looked good & we are now locked in for this sit, which sees us through till we go overseas at the end of March 2024.

Heading straight back we did have a couple of orchid stops but found very little, which surprised me; two stops were in summer burns & I expected to see a few orchids, but it was not to be.

Sewing up this house-sit in Gelorup fits perfectly with our plans well into next year, so it was great to go along and meet Mark and Roz on their 1 acre block. It was a long drive but well worth the effort.
